Exchanges for a different color may be eligible within 7 days of the shipment delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be attached to the cardboard backing at the base and in the plastic sleeve to qualify. In special circumstances contact us and we will do our best to work with you. If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the address to mail the return back to via a carrier of your choice.
